Children's Birthdays
For children's birthdays, we make "Cupcake Cakes". Cupcakes are arranged and decorated to look like a sheet cake but without the fuss of having to cut the cake or provide forks and plates, just divide and serve! Perfect for all sorts of gatherings!
You choose:
- The approximate number of cupcakes you will need
- Vanilla, chocolate, chocolate chip, lemon, carrot cake or red velvet cupcakes
- Vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream or cream cheese frosting
Pies
All of our pies are made here on the premises! We use only the finest ingredients to create our pies. We cook our own fillings and we make our own pie crust, just as we have done since 1961!

A chocolate cake base topped with a thick layer of chocolate mousse and finished with pure chocolate shavings.
Fresh Fruit Torte
Please specify either a cake base or sweet pastry base for this deliciously light fruit torte. Choose your base and then we will fill it with vanilla custard and decorate with a variety of fresh seasonal fruits. Specific fruit selections are available upon request.
Raspberry Linzer Torte
A sweet pastry base which is filled with a generous amount of raspberry puree and topped with handmade lattice work pastry decoration.
Tiramisu
A traditional Italian dessert layed with coffee soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese filling and dustings of cocoa.
Rum Tiramisu
We add pure Jamaican dark rum to this traditional Italian dessert layed with coffee soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese filling and dustings of cocoa.
Mochaccino
Layered coffee soaked ladyfingers with mocha cappuccino mousse filling topped with chocolate shavings.
English Trifle
Ladyfingers soaked in raspberry Chambord syrup and layered with vanilla custard and raspberries and topped with whipped cream.
